Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data FULI Machinery (Shandong) Limited Company collects when you contact us about bearing supply, why we collect it, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and how you can have it corrected or deleted.

Last updated 4 August 2026
The short version
  • We collect your contact details only so that we can answer your bearing inquiry.
  • We never sell your data, and we never pass your inquiry to another bearing supplier.
  • Unanswered inquiries are deleted after 24 months. You can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing sales@fulibearings.com.
  • We use Google Analytics to count visits, and advertising measurement tools on the platforms where we run ads. You can block both with your browser settings.
  • We are based in China, so your inquiry is received and stored in China.

4. Advertisements and lead forms on Meta platforms

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are operated by Meta. Two things can happen through those advertisements.

First, if you submit a lead form attached to one of our advertisements, Meta passes the name, email address, and phone number you entered to FULI. We receive that information as a sales lead and use it only to reply to you about bearing supply. Meta's own handling of the data you enter is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy, which we do not control.

Second, we use measurement tools provided by advertising and analytics platforms to understand which advertisements lead to inquiries. These tools may set cookies or read similar identifiers in your browser, and may report to the platform that a visit or an inquiry occurred. They are described in section 7 below.

If you submitted a lead form and no longer want to hear from us, reply to any message from us or email us and we will delete your record. You do not need to give a reason.

6. International transfers

FULI is established in the People's Republic of China, so any inquiry you send us is received and stored in China. Several of the providers listed above operate servers in the United States and other countries, which means your data may also be processed there.

If you are in Brazil, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that restricts international transfers, please treat the act of sending us an inquiry as a transfer of your contact details to China for the purpose of answering that inquiry. Where the law requires a transfer safeguard, we rely on your explicit request that we contact you, on the necessity of the transfer for the performance or preparation of a contract with you, or on the standard contractual terms offered by the provider concerned.

If you would rather not have your data transferred, do not use the forms on this site — contact our sales team through a local distributor instead.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over the personal data we hold about you. Buyers in Brazil have these rights under the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law 13.709/2018). Buyers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have them under the GDPR.

  • Confirmation that we process your data, and access to a copy of it.
  • Correction of data that is incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.
  • Deletion of your data, including deletion of data we processed on the basis of your consent.
  • Anonymisation or blocking of data that is unnecessary, excessive, or processed unlawfully.
  • Portability of your data to another provider, in a structured and commonly used format.
  • Information about the public and private bodies with which we have shared your data.
  • Objection to processing that we base on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of any consent you have given.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — the ANPD in Brazil, or your local supervisory authority in the EEA or the UK.

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@fulibearings.com with the words "Privacy request" in the subject line and tell us what you want us to do. We will reply within 30 days. We may ask you one question to confirm that the request really comes from you — for example, the company name or the bearing model used in your original inquiry. We will not charge you for a request, and we will not treat you differently for having made one.

10. How we protect your data

  • This website is served only over HTTPS, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled.
  • Access to the sales mailbox that receives your inquiries is limited to the FULI staff who need it in order to reply to you.
  • We do not store inquiry data in any public spreadsheet, shared drive, or customer database that is exposed to the internet.
  • No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we ever become aware of a breach that is likely to create a risk to you, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by the applicable law.

11. Children

This is a business-to-business website and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the way we handle personal data changes — for example if we add or remove a form field, an analytics tool, or an advertising pixel. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. This version is effective from 4 August 2026.

If a change materially reduces your rights, we will say so clearly at the top of this page rather than change the text quietly.

13. How to contact us
